Pulse Map Inc. provides this website to explain the Pulse Map project. These terms concern the informational website, Pulse Notes newsletter, and their content.

Website scope and development status

The website describes a product in development. Features, availability, illustrations, and rollout plans may change. References to future business insights or sponsorship describe a prospective direction; they are not an offer to deliver a currently available commercial service or a commitment to a release date.

Visiting the website does not create an app account, submit an emotional contribution, purchase a service, or reserve access. Use of the mobile app or any future paid service will require the terms and notices provided for that service.

Pulse Notes subscriptions

Pulse Notes is a free, optional publication for readers 18 and older. Subscription requires email confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in each edition. Newsletter signup does not reserve app access, create an app account, or purchase a service. Delivery uses beehiiv and is also subject to its terms of use.

Using website content

Pulse Map Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s text, design, branding, software, and illustrations. You may browse the site, link to its public pages, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution for discussion or reporting, subject to applicable law. These terms do not limit rights you otherwise have under copyright law.

Do not present our branding or content in a way that falsely implies our endorsement, impersonates Pulse Map, or misrepresents the project. Other uses that require permission should be directed to the contact address below.

Responsible access

Do not interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious software, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to access nonpublic systems or information without authorization. Automated access must respect access controls and must not disrupt the service.

Information and external services

Website content is general information about the project. It is not medical or mental-health advice, an emergency response service, or an offer of securities. Do not rely on the website to obtain emergency assistance or to assess an individual’s safety or condition.

Links to external services are provided for context or convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. A link does not imply that Pulse Map endorses every statement or practice of the linked service.

We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but it may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us if you identify an error or have a concern about the website.

Privacy and changes

The website privacy notice describes hosting information, newsletter subscriptions, and contact inquiries. We may revise these website terms as the site changes and will show the revised date on this page. Separate agreements for other services are not changed by an update to this page.
